| Supervisor Susan Ellenberg invites District 4 residents to walk, bike or drive to D4 in the Neighborhood, a socially distanced community event. Residents can visit one of the locations listed below to safely pick up a treat bag and informational resources. If you have not already gotten your flu shot, you can do so at three sites during D4 in the Neighborhood. Insurance is not required. Free flu shots are available to anyone ages 3 and up. Visitors are encouraged to bring a pair of NEW socks to be donated to a local organization serving residents in need of them. Anyone visiting D4 in the Neighborhood is required to wear a mask and follow social distancing signs. Residents are welcome to come by in Halloween costumes. Supervisor Ellenberg will be at the following sites: 8:30-9:30 AM at Herbert Hoover Middle School, 1635 Park Ave, San Jose, CA 95126 FREE flu shots from 8:30-10:30 AM! You do not need insurance to receive a free flu shot. This is open to anyone age 3 and up.
